I'll go for HALAU.
Its technically not really recognizable outside of Hawaii, but that's
probably a good thing.  After all, when you really think about someone from
somewhere in the mid-West hearing about a LUG called "HULA", or "LUAU", do
you think he or she would get a professional impression of the group?
