Fax: you can get packages like mgetty+sendfax or hylafax

voicemail: what type of voicemail are you thinking of ? just with a voice 
modem(one user at a time) or with PRI ?  don't know what size of  
client/business you are aiming at, you could use the PRI to setup a PBX as 
well.  Most PRI cards have 4 spans, that's 96 trunks minus one for ccs.
