cron help

How do I have cron execute a command every 20 minutes between 10am and 4pm
every mon - fri? I have this so far

20 * * * mon mpg123
20 * * * tues mpg123
20 * * * wed mpg123
20 * * * thurs mpg123
20 * * * fri mpg123

This should run the command mpg123 every 20 minutes after each hour, but how
do I get it to run between times (10am - 4pm)?
