Gary Elsasser, vice president of technology at eMachines, said that consumers
wanted to be able to run any software and find computer help easily. Linux
makes that hard to do.
Ugh. Microsoft's $198 per incident support makes this hard to do. The linux
community makes it easier on the pocketbook as well as the mind.
