[luau] Microsoft Truetype Fonts

For a while Microsoft had their fonts available for free download, but 
they recently pulled them from the web because Linux users were 
"abusing" them.  Unfortunately for Microsoft, a slightly older version 
of the self extracting .CAB fonts had a license that allowed 
re-distribution as long as you didn't repackage it.

This means that anybody can mirror these font downloads and install them 
anywhere.  (Everything except Tahoma.)
