[luau] found solution: PostgreSql install on Linux 7.3

I was able to figure it out. I had to install not one but a few RPM's to
get all the components that I needed

Howdy,

Has anybody in this list installed PostgreSQL on Linux 7.3

I downloaded the RPM for it & did rpm -Uvh on it. However I seem to be
missing some files in the bin directory & so forth. Do I need to do
something else. I have RTFM & googled to no avail. The manual seemed to
be geared towards a UNIX install & I'm new to Linux & never worked on
UNIX so I might have not done things right....

Any guidance in the right direction is very appreciated.
