Dell is a pirate when it comes to stuff like that and odd powersupplies
that only use some proprietery plug. They always have a gun to your
head. 

If you have one of the cover blanks take it over to Roy at Hawaii
Recycling and see if he can find them and check Royal Data too. 

How many do you need?  Maybe something can be modified to fit the hole.
Also check the military for parts thay may have something to fit.
