[luau] DSL cable type

If the Speedport is Pre-Version 12 it uses a crossover cable.  All of the
new ones that fujitsu puts out use a straight through cable

If it's the same as the one I had, the cable that came with the DSL modem
is a crossover cable. I've got a much older DSL modem though so YMMV.
