[luau] Enable wu-ftpd

r, Jeff, and Todd,

Strange, but true.  I just tried to ftp in again for shits and grins, when
*poof* I was allowed access.   Apparently, the mystical ftp voodoo wand I
waved over the box allowed me to ftp in...
Now I have other concerns, namely:
1. If the firewall says ftp will not be allowed, why can I still ftp in (i
have not changed it yet).
2. Does this mean that the firewall configuration tool lokkit is fluff, and
does not actually block TCP ports?

any thoughts?
