[luau] Enable wu-ftpd

did you enable redhat's firewall in setup?  Not sure what happens when 
you are ftp'ing, but if you enabled the firewall and did not allow for 
port 21, then ....  I believe you can run lokkit to access the firewall 
config, or you can run setup and choose firewall configuration.  Perhaps 
this is it?
