Aloha all,

     I found this interesting article about how to prepare a BSD box for 
crash recovery from kernel panics before they happen.  See the article

for the details.  Now I am not a kernel hacker, but I wonder if something 
similar for Linux could be worked.  What is described in the article 
appears to be a very useful tool...
