[luau] compiler installation question.

It's been a while, so I can't remember: if you build a new kernel, do you
then have to rebuild your gcc stuff for that compiler?  For some reason I
seem to remember the answer as being no, but it's fuzzy.  I do kind of
remember that if you install a new compiler you should rebuild your
kernel, but now I'm not sure if that's right either.  Anybody?
