[luau] interrupt list in /proc/stat file

Hey, thanks for the reminder, but as useful as I find the man pages,
sometimes they don't quite go into the detail I'm looking for:

stat	kernel/system statistics
	intr
		The number of interrupts received from the system boot.

This doesn't help me when I'm trying to see if the stat file is what I
think it is (which it prolly isn't).
