[luau] Where's the Linuxconf* RPM in RH 7.3 Beta?

Linuxconf is not on the 7.3 cd.

Warren-
Is there another tool that works on 7.3 that allows you to do the same
things as linuxconf but in text mode? And which RPM's do I need to install
to use it.

I have noticed on custom, and, for that matter, laptop installations on
redhat 7.2 that linuxconf is not installed by default.  Ludicrous.
Perhaps this is the case for you, unless it is not even on the 7.3 cd
