[luau] Still curious about OSX display speed

Linux Journal had a nice piece by Doc Serarls and Brent Simmons.  It can be

I don't think it'll answer all your questions but then agian, it might.

It's a good read anyway and I can say I prefer my OS X box to this Linux box 
as a desktop machine.  My preferred Linux desktop is Windowmaker.
