Is there a bill name, a bill supporter?  Is the EFF on this (not exactly,
but they are watching)?

For all you lurking hax0rs, opposition of bills limiting electronic freedom
is the true litmus test of being 3l33t.  Drop your scripts and write your
senators kiddies!
