Co-location

Just a thought.  Considering the isolations and the unmatched securities 
that our isle can provide, do  you think we have the potential of 
becoming the co-location capital of the world?

And a second question.  A while ago, I heard that all the tran-Pacific 
internet backbones have to make a stop at Hawaii.  Is that true?  (I 
have also heard from someone in the networking business who told me that 
it is not true.)  Thanks.
