MoBo for 1U, reccomendations?

Hello,

I am going to be upgrading the MoBo in my 1U server very soon - and I was wondering if I could get some advice from this list for my selection.

Ideally, the MoBo should have dual Ethernet ports and integrated VGA - SCSI is not important, nor Dual CPU.

I was looking at Athlon - but I decided to stay away from those until AMD resolves their heat issue... I may be wrong, and there might be an Athlon chip suitable for 1Us.

So, any advice?
