In a situation like this, I use a mini-distro that fits on a single 
floppy called RIP to boot into linux and remove the Linux partitions, 
since DOS/Windoze's fdisk has trouble removing them.  Use cfdisk or 
fdisk from any linux you can boot to wipe the hard drive.
Next, use Windoze fdisk to create the partitions you want.
Next, format the partitions.
Next, use fdisk's undocumented /mbr switch to drop it's own bootstrap 
loader over the master boot record, or you'll end up with an undead 
LILO.  To do this in dos, change to the boot drive (probably C:) and 
type [path]fdisk /mbr.  It will appear that nothing happened, but the 
MBR was written to.
Next, install Windoze as usual.
