Netsacpe security alert dialog

Hi all,

I am trying to re-enable a dialog that pops up whenever I visit a secure
site in Netscape.  The dialog pops up to notify you that you are visiting
a secure site, and it has an option (checkbox) that you can disable the
popup.  I selected this option and it no longer displays the popup.  I now
want to re-enable it, but can not find where to do it.  Does anyone have
any ideas?
