What's wrong with this picture?

with Xwin, the "X" appears on the left
corner, if the application itself doesn't
have it's own icon, on the screen shot the
"X" was replaced with the VNC icon.

I think the red "X" in the left corner is associated
with the "Xceed" Xserver application.
