shouldn't be that bad, we have RF cables, E1, T1, and Ethernet cables on our cable runnings, they are ok, you might run into problems if you have power lines with them.  It would be better if you have patch panels, it will be easier when you are moving things around later.  Oh, how are your cable-runs going to be?, you have cable hangers? just tiewrap them or in a conduit? for single cable, you can use glue gun, because the hot glue will stick to anything and hold the wire nicely after it cool down, that way you don't damage your wall with nails or screws.
