Linux routers

I read Bens's post about setting up RH 7.2 as a dedicated router and
wondered if anyone has tried any of the floppy routers?

I recently switched my old-old Slackware router to Freesco
(www.freesco.org). Its similar to the LRP (www.linuxrouter.org), although
not as robust as the LRP, it is much easier to get running.

I am using it now for dialup on a DX2/66 with 16mb ram and no harddrive
and have had very little problems. It has support for 3 network cards, 2
modems, a caching DNS server, diald, a web interface, port forwarding,
dial-in, and a few other goodies.

Just a thought if you have some old hardware laying around and some time
to kill.
