Hardware Recommendations for LTSP

Just wanted to let you know that I'm using one of the cheapie switches
-Dlink 10/100 8port (along with a 3com 10/100 16-port hub), and it's
been trouble-free. I couldn't believe how fast the multi-gigabyte
backups went after switching from 10baseT to full-duplex 100baseT.
Surprisingly, products by Linksys, another cheapie brand that I usually
buy because their NICs are advertised as Linux-compatible, have been
remarkably trouble-free. Linksys has given me fewer headaches than the
3com NICs.
