Yup.  2.2.18 and 2.4 kernels use that driver. IIRC, earlier 2.2 kernels used
rtl8129.o, but I'm not absolutely sure (I think maybe 2.2.17 had it too, but
I believe
it was backported from 2.4 at some point).
