Can you get the exact brand and model number of the AGP card?  All video
drivers for any card in existence are available on the web for download.
Usually you'll find them at the manufacturer's site under "Support" or
"Drivers", or if the company in question went out of business, you'll need
to dig a little deeper for either hardware enthusiast sites, or companies
that bought them out.

Sometimes for Win9x to recognize new drivers you must remove the old .INF
file for the default VGA driver.  Keep a backup of it just in case that
doesn't work.
