Help Needed for Thursday's Seminar

I could use some help explaining several pieces of Thursday night's "Linux
Services Overview" seminar.  Is anyone familiar with configuration and usage
of Netatalk, BIND, or GRUB and able to explain it to the group?

Has anyone used SSI (server side includes) in Apache lately?  Last time I
used it was 3 years ago, and I can't seem to get it working now.
Specifically <!--#include file="filename" --> and <!--#include
virtual="filename" --> don't seem to work, even with Includes added to my
Options.

Also, does anyone have any experience with IPv6 on either Linux or FreeBSD?
