IP Masquerading help

I need help setting up IP masquerading on my Linux Mandrake 8. I just
installed win4lin 3 and it has virtual private networking. I cannot get
windows to connect to the net. I have tried following several tutorials,
but since Linux is new to me, a lot of this is greek to me. Anyone know of
any IP Masquerading tutorials for dummies? Or if anyone has experience
doing this, maybe a step by step instuction? Thanks!
