Sendmail Problems

I have a strange problem, whenever I try and send or recieve mail within my
local domain while connected to my LAN I get these errors:

JUL 25 08:39:47 mail qpopper[1460]:EOF from 192.168.1.233 (mail.destar.net):
[0] 0 (Undefined error:0); 0 (Undefined error:0)

Connection Closed.

(192.168.1.233): -ERR POP EOF or I/O Error: 0 (Undefined error: 0); 0

60 (Operation timed out); 0 (Undefined error:0)

(192.168.1.1): -ERR POP EOF or I/O Error [0] 60 (Operation timed out); 0
(Undefined error:0)

But when I was at work today and connected on their LAN I was able to
recieve my mail from my domain, has anyone ever had this problem and know
what a solution is? I am obviously using qpopper with sendmail it worked
fine till GCI went down yesterday. I have rebooted everything 3 times in
different succession, it is beginning to really get to me.
