ADSL ISP suggestions?

If you contact  Ryan Look,  ryan at wurldlink.net and tell him
Al Plant referred you he may be able to help you out. I
believe they are installing more bandwidth. The problem is
with the cable people and a fault in the cable i heard not
necessarily the local ISP's.
