Microsoft is trying to lock consumers into using its Hailstorm and 
Passport services to conduct e-commerce.  The article at 
http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/news/0,4586,5093851,00.html  explains 
why you shouldn't trust Microsoft.  Seriously, though, people really do 
need to be informed of the dangers of trusting a company that frequently 
bites its own customers.
