VNC Netscape Error

I installed VNC server on an OpenBSD box, and connect to it from a Linux
box using VNC viewer. 

I am able to connect with the VNC viewer and can launch X applications
(xterm,xclock,xcalc,etc.). But when I try to launch Netscape, I get this
error:

TRANS(SocketINETConnect) () can't connect: errno = 61

A Linksys Cable Router is the default router for the Linux and the
OpenBSD box.

Has anyone else seen this problem before? I searched the net but I did
not find an answer.
