You simply need to install the PHP RPM packages for Mandrake 7.2. Please
install the updated Mandrake packages including Apache and other services
you may be running, because the old versions you are running surely contain
security holes.

You can get updated RPM packages for Mandrake 7.2 here.
ftp://speakeasy.rpmfind.net/linux/Mandrake/updates/7.2/RPMS/

You can read about all security and bug fix updates for Mandrake 7.2 here.
ftp://speakeasy.rpmfind.net/linux/Mandrake/updates/7.2/RPMS/

Use "rpm -Uvh PACKAGENAMES" to upgrade or install these packages after you
have downloaded them. If they are all within the same directory you can
use "rpm -Uvh *.rpm".

Please consider upgrading to the latest version Mandrake 8.1. Mandrake 7.2
is fairly old at this point. It it will be far easier than downloading
those many packages and patching all of the potential holes.

Would you like Mandrake 8.1 CD's?
