Changes from OpenBSD 2.9 to 3.0

This page describes the changes between OpenBSD 2.9 and 3.0, the largest
being the complete replacement of the non-free Darren Reed "IP Filter"
firewall component with OpenBSD's improved firewall "Packet Filter".  They
describe that for the most part people familiar with IPF configuration will
figure out PF very quickly.  The new features implemented in PF also look
fairly easy to use.
