After Microsoft threatened legal action against an Australian charity giving
refurbished Windows machines to kids for piracy, Sun Microsystems and Linux
professionals stepped in, offering a free software alternative with the
Linux operating system and Star Office.

Anyone know if this means that the Linux movement is strong in Australia?
Dell Australia also announced that they will not be dropping Linux for
consumer desktops (unlike Dell America), citing customer demand.
