Ximian Gnome Took over My computer

I 've recently installed Ximian Gnome 1.4 and I really like the new interface
but it took over my computer now I cannot use KDE anymore even though
I choose not to install Ximian's log in screen.
Is there anyway I can restore the default log in screen where 
I can choose what Desktop manager I wanna use?
