access.conf file is for apache. Pretty sure it'll work in NCSA. Not too
sure on the rest.

On Redhat is it located in /etc/httpd/conf
On Debian it is located in /etc/apache/

He is correct.. partially.

On RedHat, they merged the *.conf files into httpd.conf.

But at any rate yes.
