Off topic but maybe some one knows

I had a nice peer to peer network setup at work
using winblows 98. We are replacing some of the older machines
with some real nice ones. The new ones run Windows NT.
I dont know much about NT. Does anyone here know how to
set up peer to peer network between win98 and NT???
Please be specific if you know.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
