Future of the LUAU Site and List

AT NO POINT DID I SAY THE MAILING LIST WOULD CHANGE.

And yes, Jason has the main points of why the LUAU site needs to be changed.
Zach, if you have such an emotional attachment to the website, leave it be,
but we must correct the misleading reference to meetings that no longer
exist.
