What kind of speed you guys get from Roadrunner?  It seems like everything
is much slower lately.  Downloading now from ftpmirror.proxyad.net at 17.4k
per second.... most other connections lately were around that speed or
lower.

Latencies were really bad for a while too, but they seem a little better
today.
