broadband alternatives?

Jeff,

When I asked Oceanic about this matter they told me that it was okay.  And
that it was already being share by many people.  I asked this person again,
is it legal.  She told me that she doesn't know.  What?

Just use a version of the LRP (Linux Router Project)  it's a router/firewall
to share that one IP address from Oceanic.  http://lrp.steinkuehler.net/ I
personally like use the dynamic image.  You can use it for ADSL also.
