apc ups shutdown daemon

I'm using Russel Kroll's "Smart UPS Tools" package on a slackware system
with a dry contact ups.  The package has an APC module to talk to smart ups
and backups systems.  It also is network aware so you can have a master and
slave with the slave shutting down right before the master.
