I think this is where some confusion lies.  There is not a problem with the 
LUAU administration.  There just is none.  The current admins were ready to 
be relieved and asked the LUAU community for volunteers to organize the 
meetings and there was zero list activity.

The administrators spent significant (in this context) sums of money out of 
pocket to cover the expenses for the booth at the computer expo.  We have 
not had anyone volunteer to help absorb those losses.

It is rather ironic that no one wants to do any of the work involved in 
running this group the way the group has said it should be run.  Yet, when 
the post is made that we will be shutting it down due to lack of concern 
over the administration, everyone is up in arms and it is now worth 
saving.  Can someone explain this sudden interest?
