Oceanic uses supernetting as shown by the netmask of 255.255.254.0.
With this netmask, 204.210.118.0 is still a different net than
204.210.122.0.
Their netmask groups two class C addresses.  For the above nets to be 
supernetted, a netmask of 255.255.240.0 (grouping 16 class C's) is
required.
