[LUAU] host lookup error

Here are some things to try.

pump -i eth0 --status

This should get you info about the interface and will pretty much confirm
the card is working and is getting an IP from the dhcp server.  If the
operation fails then do a 'ifup eth0'.  If that fails then you have a
interface config problem, run linuxconf and redo the settings for eth0.
