Unsubstantiated comments like that are treated just like
reports from the Controlled News Network - ignored.

I was hoping for something concrete.

If the Win95 look and feel is your trip, SuSE implements
a much better Win95 look than Red Hat using fvwm95. SuSE's
default window manager is KDE, with is about as close to
Win95 as you'll get - far closer than Red Hat's gnome.

As far as Windows users go - I don't recommend Linux for
anyone who's afraid of the keyboard. You should have
seen my networking class at HPU when the instructor showed
us how to configure a Cisco router - terror!!! 23 students
totally lost when they found out they actually had to type
commands instead of point-n-click. They were like cattle
on their way to the slaughterhouse; or like a jacklighted
deer.

Have fun with whatever you choose. Use whatever works
for YOU - that's what I say.
