Lemme guess. Redhat. *sigh* I dislike their reliance on kerneld to "do the
right thing".

Yeah.. that would sound like it. THe other question is, was the printer
working earlier under which Kernel version?

Not that I trust Windows. It should be using an IRQ.. it is.. after all...
a relatively fast card.

Maybe you should recompile yourkernel? But I'm afraid of doing that under
Redhat,... Don't have a clue what I'd break. Need to copy their .config
file and then maybe... maybe..

(can you tell I don't like Redhat?)
