Has anyone heard of vmware?  www.vmware.com
It's a new product that's in beta-testing right now.  It lets you run virtual machines on Linux or WinNT.  In other words, you can run Linux, Win98, WinNT, and another version of linux all on one computer at the same time.  Supposedly you share the processor and memory and such.
