In the Windows network configuration, check your DNS servers.

Domain should be hawaii.rr.com
Nameservers should be 204.210.96.2 204.210.96.1.

It's very important that domain is set to hawaii.rr.com

If not, set your pop server to pop-server.hawaii.rr.com
