[LUAU] Announce: Membership Registration Online

We now have a working LUAU membership registration form online,
thanks to Mike Ballon and Jack Morgan.  The form is located
at http://luau.hi.net/join.shtml

The form will prompt for the following fields:
 First Name (required) [real names only, please]
 Last Name (required) [ditto, no anonymous entries]
 Primary E-mail address (required)
 Phone number (optional)
 Comments (optional)

The contents of the form will be e-mailed to Ron Willis and
Joe Schuller who have agreed to compile the membership list to be
used in the upcoming election.  The list will be kept private and
will be handed over to the newly elected Secretary (or whoever is
tasked with membership record maintenance).  A copy of the contents
is also sent to you at your primary E-mail address so you can see
what has been recorded.  If you need to make a correction, just
resubmit the form with a note in comments.  This is just a first
pass at online membership registration, suggestions for improvement
are cheerfully accepted.
